This single turbo kit from STS gives you the groundwork to install a remote-mounted turbocharger in a universal application. The kit is designed for 4.0- to 5.0-liter engines and is able support up to 620 horsepower at the crankshaft.

The remote-mount turbo kit can help overcome the difficulties of a traditional installation by moving the turbo to a remote location, such as in place of the stock muffler or down low in the chassis. The turbo can be mounted in most locations on the vehicle, since oil return is handled by a proprietary oiling system. A remote-mount location allows the stock exhaust manifolds, catalytic converters, mid pipes and stock intake and throttle body to be preserved. Clearance may also be improved by relocating the turbocharger and related components and excess heat is removed from the engine bay.

STS remote-mount kits include turbocharger, wastegate, air filter, oiling system, necessary turbo mounting flanges, and an installation manual.
