CONGRATULATIONS to our fellow Wisconsites at 7fifteen Motorworks and their gorgeous Troy Indy Special for taking home the gold in our November 2020 photo contest. This is the first time the boys at 7fifteen were in the mix for the monthly photo contest, but we’ve been keeping close tabs on the progress of the Troy all along and know how special it is. Here are a few additional details about the Troy Indy Special as provided by 7fifteen Motorworks:

The Troy Indy Special is inspired by open-wheel vintage racers of yesteryear, but with a completely modern chassis and Chevrolet LS power. It features custom inboard suspension with QA1 coilovers, huge Wilwood brakes, an all-aluminum body and a 495 hp Chevrolet LS3 with a six-speed TREMEC transmission. Finished weight is 2,200 pounds wet.

Rounding out the top five finishers in November were Ryan’s Pagani Zonda F, Jena’s 1958 Jaguar XK150, Charles’ FFR MKIII and John’s 1966 Plymouth Satellite 426 HEMI.

The December Contest is now up and running to finish off the year. Submissions include a passenger view from inside a Factory Five MKIII, a pair of Corvettes, Mustang 5.0-liter, 2020 Challenger, ’67 Sunbeam Tiger, Citroen 2CV, Avanti Sport Convertible and a Thunderflite.
