DIY Weld Up Header Kits from Kooks are a custom header solution for unique builds where an off-the-shelf header cannot be used. Kits include everything to build a custom set of headers, including 12 J-bends, two slip-on collectors (available in 3-inch or 3.5-inch), and engine-specific flanges. Mounting flanges are 3/8-inch thick and laser cut in-house, and tubing is mandrel bent for increased airflow. Kits are available in SAE 304 stainless steel or mild steel and can be ordered with 1 3/4-inch, 1 7/8-inch or 2-inch primary tubes.
